A lobulated mass is seen in the right buccal space. This lesion shows peripheral nodular enhancement on the post-contrast study (Fig. 3). Signal voids are seen within (Fig. 4), suggestive of phleboliths. This combination of findings is highly suggestive of a buccal hemangioma.
