1. Avulsion injury of the fibular head (fibular collateral ligament fracture avulsion)
2. Segond fracture (ilio-tibial tract fracture avulsion of tibial plateau).

The plain radiograph shows two fracture fragments (Fig. 2), both of which represent avulsion fractures, one of the fibular collateral ligament (Figs. 2, 3) and one of the ilio-tibial tract, also called the Segond fracture (Figs. 2, 4).
These together constitute a postero-lateral corner (PLC) injury. This patient also had a PCL avulsion fracture and a comminuted fracture of the patella.
