DIAGNOSIS:

Neurocysticerosis

Multiple cysts are seen throughout the brain without edema, which would typically rule out metastatic disease. In endemic countries, even though the cysts are larger, the most likely possibility would still be neurocysticercosis. The scolices were seen on the other images as well as on CT scan.
