This 74-years old man came with a retro-gastric mass picked up on USG. He had some non-specific complaints. The CT scan shows a mass with a typical “target” appearance. The MRI shows a variegated appearance that is typical of a gastro-intestinal stromal tumor (GIST). A CT guided biopsy confirmed the diagnosis.
